Yes, we believe so – a monitored alarm offers greater security as a trained ARC operative will always check & respond quickly & appropriately when your alarm goes off. Unmonitored alarms are frequently just ignored by people when they go off.
A monitored alarm offers maximum security as it is overseen by specialist security centre operatives 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This means you also get greater convenience (fewer false alarms & no need to keep checking the system yourself when at work, on holiday or out socialising) plus a faster response when your alarm goes off to give you greater peace of mind & enhanced protection.
A monitored alarm connecting to a recognised ARC must be set up and communicate with the centre correctly. Having an alarm fitted by professionals ensures both peace of mind and that the alarm will work properly when you need it to. Additionally, DIY alarm installation & set-up are often not as easy as some vendors would have you believe, not to mention the variable quality of DIY alarms.
